If you have problems with retention the problem lies in the application of the system. Check the following points step by step to rule out incorrect application and to achieve the best possible retention. To be on the safe side, shake the eyelash glue for 30 seconds before application. Make sure that the light is a MAXIMUM of 15cm away from the lashes, better only 10cm. Make sure that the light is cured long enough.To be on the safe side,work with a curing time of 3 seconds until you get used to it. Activate the light,then count to three, then release the foot switch.
